Lamps|Unless otherwise stated, all lamps will be shipped within 3-5 working days after placing the order. Products of the same order can be shipped separately, and additional shipping costs are required. Free standard shipping will be shipped via USPS. UPS and FedEx offer other shipping options. All packages include tracking numbers. Once the order is generated, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
d Lamp samples | All lamp samples are shipped via USPS ordinary mail within 3-5 working days, and cannot be traced.
Lamps | Our handmade lamps will be shipped within 10-14 working days after ordering. Packages are shipped via FedEx or UPS Ground. The plug-in will be delivered separately from your Chloe & Olive lighting order. Transmission upgrade is not available. Once the order is generated, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. Territories and APO/FPO/DPO |Items are shipped via USPS. At the time of checkout, these areas can provide limited expedited transportation services. We do not ship lamp inserts to Alaska, Hawaii, and APO/FPO/DPO.
International shipping to Australia, Canada and New Zealand | Orders are shipped via DHL with tracking information (delivery within 15-20 working days-including the phone number on the order). Lamps/fillers do not meet international shipping conditions. Duties/taxes/value added tax/import/handling fees are not included in the total amount of your order. We have no control over any country-specific tariffs and duties imposed by your government on your order. If officials impose taxes and duties on your package, the cost will be borne by you. Border agencies are legally obliged to display the original price of any items purchased.
